up and at it: 7:15am
ran 5.18 miles. the best part of this was that the last 1/2 a mile i cranked the good old running machine to 8 mph. it was invigorating!
drank 1 glass lambrusco, 1 glass Nero di Alva, and one glass Moscato di Asti (dubbed magic juice by dinner date)
nom nom nom nom nom nom nom all around
