spent 2.5 hours watching a movie of which about 40 minutes could have been cut to make a much more streamlined narrative. and man! the dialogue could have really used some polish. adaptions are adaptations for this very reason. sometimes comic book dialogue is NOT meant to be spoken aloud. see sin city.
