time up: hmmmm out of bed maybe around 11am, maybe, but there was definite returning to said bed

ate 1 dunkin bagel
1 hour spent cleaning the devastation that was my apartment, most of that was not from the guests but from the cat.
there was not enough nom-age in this day, there could have totally been more.
